Business Systems Administrator

ANINE BING is seeking a Business Systems Administrator to join our IT team in Los Angeles.

This role is crucial for managing, optimizing, and supporting our ERP system and integrated applications to ensure seamless operation and drive efficiency across the organization.

The ideal candidate will have strong experience in business systems administration, particularly with ERP configurations, customizations, and data integrity. You should be detail-oriented, able to independently manage system changes, and skilled in problem-solving and communication. Your proactive approach and technical expertise will ensure the optimal performance and security of our business systems.

This role is based at our Los Angeles HQ and reports to the Sr. Director of IT. Note: this position is hybrid, requiring in-office attendance on Wednesdays and Thursdays at a minimum.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure ERP (Oracle NetSuite) system functionality aligns with business goals, optimizing value and efficiency
  • Serve as an administrator for core applications, including Oracle NetSuite, Celigo IPAAS, NewStore Omnichannel, Ayden POS, Avalara, JOOR, and others.
  • Maintain and support Oracle NetSuite and business systems, including third-party integrations and custom configurations.
  • Design, implement, and customize ERP features to meet evolving business requirements, including supporting reports, KPIs, and dashboards.
  • Provide ongoing technical support and training for end users, ensuring proper system access and usage.
  • Lead change management and release processes, ensuring data integrity and system updates align with business needs.
  • Identify and recommend new technologies to streamline business processes and enhance system capabilities.
  • Develop and document protocols to maintain data integrity, including access control, policies, and change procedures.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience as a Business Systems Administrator with expertise in ERP configurations and customizations.
  • Bachelor's degree in IT, computer science, or a related field (preferred); relevant certifications a plus.
  • Experience with NetSuite administration preferred.
  • Experience managing applications and integrations such as Celigo, NewStore, Ayden, Avalara, and JOOR.
  • Strong understanding of data integrity protocols, change management, and system access control.
  • Excellent troubleshooting, problem-solving, communication skills, and the ability to collaborate with stakeholders and end users.

Compensation

  • The anticipated base salary range for this role is $70,000 - $95,000
