IT Administrator

ANINE BING is looking for an IT Administrator to join our team in Los Angeles.

This role is essential in managing and optimizing our company's computer infrastructure and providing technical assistance across various user-end technologies, including desktop computers, mobile devices, printers, and point-of-sale equipment. You will also maintain network configurations, ensure device functionality, and implement security protocols to support our IT infrastructure.

Your excellent customer service skills and ability to communicate effectively with employees and stakeholders are key to ensuring a positive employee experience.

This role is based at our Los Angeles HQ and reports to the Sr. Director of IT. Note: this role is hybrid and requires in-office attendance on Wednesdays and Thursdays at a minimum.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Provide technical support for PCs, MacBooks, mobile devices, printers, and point-of-sale equipment.
  • Manage and maintain company networks, servers, and telecommunications systems.
  • Configure, upgrade, and install hardware and software to meet company objectives.
  • Implement security protocols to ensure system integrity.
  • Utilize Mobile Device Management (MDM) solutions for remote setup and security of devices.
  • Communicate effectively with employees and stakeholders, providing excellent customer service and ensuring a positive employee experience.
  • Document IT processes and configurations for reference and troubleshooting.
  • Collaborate with vendors to address current and future IT needs.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in IT support and administration, with strong troubleshooting skills (hardware and software).
  • Solid understanding of basic networking concepts (e.g., TCP/IP, VPN, firewalls).
  • Experience in implementing and managing corporate security protocols.
  • Proficiency in using MDM solutions for device management and security.
  • Experience administering Identity Management Solutions (IDM), e.g., Okta, Saviynt, or similar platforms.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills, with the ability to work effectively with employees, stakeholders, and end users.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently on projects with limited oversight.
  • Willingness to be on call after hours and on weekends when necessary.
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field (preferred); relevant certifications are a plus.

Compensation

  • The anticipated base salary range for this role is $70,000 - $85,000
